We have an array of books available to borrow at all of our support groups, all of which have been recommended to us. Some people find books on grief and associated issues very helpful, whereas others find it hard to concentrate on reading when they are grieving. Either way, it does not hurt to give reading a try – you may find that even one sentence resonates with you, and that may be enough to make you feel better in that moment.
Our personal favourite is ‘When Things Fall Apart’ by Pema Chodron.
