We are having a Meet and Greet at the beginning of each term to allow interested students to find out more about how the groups will run and what will be involved.

The coffee mornings are for anybody experiencing bereavement who would like to meet up with others who have experienced something similar. The gatherings are informal and we often chat and catch up over tea and coffee. There is no rule that you have to speak about your bereavement – you may just want to meet some new people who are also going through the journey of bereavement. You are also very welcome to speak about your grief – it can be extremely cathartic and beneficial to open up to others and feel accepted as you are. A few of our team members will be there to chat to you and are always happy to answer any questions you have.
The address: British Library Cafe, Upper Ground Floor British Library, 96 Euston Road, London, NW1 2DB.
Please note we will be meeting in the cafe on the upper ground floor, not the restaurant on floor one.

Based in farm cottages in the beautiful countryside of Kent the weekends include group bereavement support sessions and opportunities for meditation and arts and crafts. Our support sessions are complimented with mindfulness and country walks to help people relax. We also teach people practical techniques to encourage compassion towards themselves during such a difficult time, and provide some tips for people who are struggling with day-to-day things, such as troubled sleep and lack of motivation.
