You can complete your steps however you like. Run. Walk. Jog. Or a bit of each, inside or outside! The important thing is getting moving which is great for your mental health and making space for grief.

The challenge will primarily be run on our Facebook group, however if you don’t have Facebook please feel free to use our Localgiving page here. You can then keep up to date with the challenge on our other social pages.

There is no minimum sponsorship for this challenge. However, all those that raise over £75 will be entered into a prize draw to win a voucher for Dishoom! So please do invite your friends and family to sponsor your 200,000 steps, they can either donate via your Facebook fundraiser or the Totalgiving page.
