Supporting a child through grief can feel overwhelming – especially when you’re grieving too. 💛
That’s why we’ve created a new series of child grief worksheets, designed by Clinical Psychologists to help children and young people express feelings, process memories, and find moments of calm and connection after loss.
Each bundle is tailored to a specific age group, reflecting how children understand and experience grief at different stages of development:

🧸 Early Childhood (Ages 3–6) – “Concrete Thinkers”
Gentle, play-based pages to help little ones recognise feelings, feel safe, and remember their special person through drawing and stories.

🧩 Middle Childhood (Ages 7–10) – “Curious Realists”
Activities that build emotional vocabulary, encourage questions, and explore ways to stay connected to their person while feeling supported.

🧠 Preteens + Early Teens (Ages 11–13) – “Feeling It Deeply”
Reflection and creative prompts that help this age group express complex emotions and explore identity through loss.

💫 Teens (Ages 14–18) – “Meaning-Makers”
Journaling and creative exercises that invite deeper thinking about change, resilience, and the continuing bond with their person.
Each bundle includes guided pages, drawing prompts, and reflection spaces – all created with sensitivity and care to meet children where they are.
