However, some courses are suitable for a wider audience. Our Mental Health First Aid, Tier One Bereavement Support, How to Lead a Support Group, and How to Lead a Grief Support Group courses are open to anyone wishing to develop practical skills and confidence in supporting others through grief and loss.

While some courses are specifically designed for qualified therapists, counsellors, psychologists, and mental health professionals, others are suitable for anyone wishing to develop their skills and confidence in supporting bereaved individuals.
