Track Overview
The pack consists of seven core meditation tracks, each offering a unique perspective on the grieving process, plus a bonus track to provide additional support. Hereβs what you can expect from each one:

In this meditation, youβll be invited to embrace your grief with openness and acceptance, allowing your emotions to flow freely.
Track 4 β Building Connection with Your Loved One
Strengthen the bond with your loved one. This track helps foster a sense of closeness and remembrance, ensuring that your loved oneβs presence continues to be a source of comfort.
Track 5 β Self-Compassion and Self-Care in Grief
Grief can be exhausting. This meditation focuses on nurturing yourself during this difficult time, helping you cultivate self-compassion and practice essential self-care.
Track 6 β Gratitude Alongside Grief
Even in the midst of sorrow, there are moments of gratitude. This track encourages you to balance your grief with appreciation for the love, memories, and support that remain.
Track 7 β Visualisation for Future Healing
In this final core track, youβll envision a future where healing coexists with your grief, offering hope for growth and resilience as you move forward.
Bonus Track β Grief Comes in Waves
Grief doesnβt follow a linear path. This calming reading describes grief as an ebb and flow, with emotions rising and falling like waves. Youβll be guided to embrace these changing feelings with patience and compassion.
