Each meditation track is crafted to address different aspects of loss, giving you the space to honour your emotions while nurturing self-compassion. You can take them at your own pace, choosing the order that feels most resonant to your current stage of grief.

We believe in making these resources accessible, which is why our meditation pack is available on a “Donate What You Can” basis. Whether you choose to donate nothing or something, our goal is to support you in your grief journey. Track Overview

Track 4 – Building Connection with Your Loved One

Strengthen the bond with your loved one. This track helps foster a sense of closeness and remembrance, ensuring that your loved one’s presence continues to be a source of comfort.

Track 5 – Self-Compassion and Self-Care in Grief

Grief can be exhausting. This meditation focuses on nurturing yourself during this difficult time, helping you cultivate self-compassion and practice essential self-care.

Track 6 – Gratitude Alongside Grief
